Wuhu's Ambassador to Isle Delfino, Norville Rogers, has made a short-notice visit and met with the President to form an alliance.
Wuhu will receive goods from the Isle in exchange for providing them with military protection. Experts speculate that this is an attempt to put pressure on the Mushroom Kingdom as a result of their arrest of Matt.
